How to Request a Schedule Change
To request a change, email Support at [email protected] or send a message through the Coachbit app.
Please include:
Student’s name
Current session day and time
Preferred new days and times (multiple options if possible)
Our Support Team will review coach availability and confirm the updated schedule.

Who handles changes? | Coachbit Support manages all schedule changes. Coaches cannot make time changes directly. |
How quickly is it updated? | Most adjustments are confirmed within 1–3 working days based on coach availability. |
Can students switch days (e.g., from Mon to Wed)? | Yes, provided the coach has availability at the requested time. |
Are missed sessions refunded? | Sessions are rescheduled, not refunded. |
Can I change the number of weekly sessions? | Yes. You can upgrade or reduce live video sessions anytime (subject to billing terms). |
First Coaching Session (Intro Call)
If you need to reschedule your very first session, contact Support or reply to your Welcome email. We will help confirm an alternate time with your assigned coach.
Recurring Sessions
Once a new time is confirmed, the updated schedule will automatically apply every week unless further changes are requested.
Billing and Subscription Changes
Changing the time or day of a session does not affect your subscription plan or billing.
If you need to add or remove live session days (e.g., from 1 to 3 per week), that is a plan update. See:
