How Will the Coach Interact with My Child?
The way your child’s coach communicates will depend on the Coachbit program you’ve selected. All communication takes place within the Coachbit app (available on iOS and Android), using a combination of:
Text messages

Live video calls (depending on the plan)

Chat-based Coaching (Flexible Plan):
Coaches communicate through asynchronous text, voice, and video messages. There are no live video calls, allowing students to engage on their own schedule.Live Video Coaching (High-Touch Plan):
Includes one live video call per week, plus ongoing message-based check-ins and encouragement.Daily Live Video Coaching (Maximum Intervention Plan):
Provides daily live video calls (Monday to Friday), along with continuous proactive messaging from the coach for high support and accountability.
