1. Coaching Communication
Students use the app to interact with their coach through chat and (if included in their plan) live video sessions.
Daily accountability check-ins via chat
Reminders, encouragement, and habit support
Live video coaching sessions (Growth Plan only)
2. Habit and Goal Planning
Students work with their coach to set personalized goals and build habits around areas such as:
Time management
Study routines
Organization and planning
Focus and motivation
The app helps them plan and track these habits over time.
3. Progress Tracking
Students can view their progress directly in the app. This may include habit streaks, goal completion, coaching feedback, and overall consistency.
4. Task Completion and Reflection
Students complete habit-based tasks or reflections assigned by their coach. These help build consistency, self-awareness, and accountability.
5. Live Video Coaching (Growth Plan)
If the student is on the Growth Plan, live one-on-one coaching sessions are accessed through the app.
Parents choose 1–5 live sessions per week
Sessions generally last around 15 minutes
Conducted securely through the Coachbit platform
6. Parent Progress Updates
Parents receive periodic updates by email summarizing their child’s engagement, progress, and coaching insights.
Device Compatibility
The Coachbit app is available for iOS and Android.
Tablets are supported, but a smartphone is recommended for the best experience.
