Live Coaching Attendance
For students on the Growth Plan, attendance refers to participation in scheduled live video coaching sessions.
Attendance is marked when:
The student joins and completes their scheduled live coaching session
The coach confirms the session took place
Missed sessions can be rescheduled, but are not counted toward attendance unless completed.
Chat Engagement (All Plans)
For both Maintenance and Growth Plans, engagement is tracked through daily chat-based accountability. This gives insight into how consistently the student responds to their coach and engages in habit support.
Engagement may include:
Student responses via chat
Accountability check-ins
Habit updates or reflections sent to the coach
Where to View Attendance and Engagement
You can view your child’s attendance and engagement history in the Parent Dashboard.
The dashboard shows:
Data Shown | What It Means |
Live session attendance | Which live coaching sessions were completed or missed |
Chat engagement | Student communication with coach through the app |
Habit tracking | Whether the student is following their habit plan |
Coach feedback | Progress summaries shared by the coach |
You may also receive periodic email updates from the coach with insights on attendance, engagement, and overall progress.
What Attendance Does Not Include
There is no “daily log-in” requirement
Habit completion alone does not count as attendance
Video session attendance is only applicable to students on the Growth Plan
