Who Manages Schedule Changes?

Schedule adjustments are handled by the Coachbit Support Team, not by coaches directly.
To request a change, email [email protected] with:

  1. Student’s name

  2. Current session day and time

  3. Preferred new days and times (provide multiple options if possible)

Our team will review availability and confirm the new schedule.

Types of Schedule Changes

Change Type

How It Works

Change weekly session time

Support reviews availability and updates if possible

One-time exception (e.g., travel, school exam)

Sessions can be rescheduled when requested in advance

Change number of sessions per week

Requires subscription update (upgrade/downgrade)

Change coach due to time zone or availability

Support can help reassign to a coach with better availability

Are Missed Sessions Refunded?

Missed live sessions are not refunded but can be rescheduled, based on coaching availability.
To request a rescheduled session, contact Support before the session time whenever possible.

Does changing the session time affect billing?

No. Changing the day or time of a coaching session does not affect your billing or subscription.

Only changing the number of weekly live sessions affects your subscription plan, which may result in a billing adjustment.

Important Notes

  • Coaches cannot approve schedule changes directly

  • Schedule changes are subject to time zone alignment and coach availability

  • Once approved, the new time becomes your consistent weekly schedule
