How Does Payment Work?

Coachbit offers subscription-based coaching services. You can choose between monthly billing or annual billing (which includes a 20% discount). Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Payment Processing

  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe, an industry-standard payment provider.

  • Credit and debit cards are supported.

  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Receipts are sent to the email address used during sign-up.


Plan Changes and Billing

  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust live coaching frequency (1–5 sessions/week) at any time.

  • When plan changes are made, the new coaching features activate immediately.

  • Billing adjustments follow the current billing cycle.


Failed Payments

If a payment is unsuccessful, Stripe will automatically retry the payment. If additional help is needed, our support team can assist.
