Yes, parents have direct and ongoing access to their child’s coach.

You can communicate with your child’s coach in several ways:

  • Email: Parents can email the coach directly at any time.

  • Coaching dashboard: Coaches can message parents through the Coachbit platform, and parents can reply there as well.

  • Phone calls: Parents can request a call with their child’s coach, or ask for the coach to call them if a conversation would be more helpful than messaging.

  • Text messages: Coaches may also communicate via text for quick check-ins or follow-ups.

This open line of communication allows parents to share context, flag concerns, and collaborate with the coach to best support their child’s progress.

If a parent is ever unsure how to reach a coach, the Support team is always available to help facilitate communication.
