Yes, parents can communicate with their child’s coach, and we encourage open, collaborative communication to support your child’s progress.

How Parent–Coach Communication Works

Email Communication

Parents can email their child’s coach directly using the coach’s assigned email address. This is the most common and reliable way to share updates, concerns, or context that may help with coaching.

Coaches may also reach out to parents via email when needed to provide updates or follow up on important topics.

Requesting a Call or Conversation

If you would prefer to speak with your child’s coach rather than communicate by email, you can request a call at any time.

To do this, simply:

  • Email the coach directly, or

  • Reply directly to this support email ([email protected]) and let us know:

  • That you would like a call

  • Your preferred contact method (phone call, video call, or follow-up email)

  • Any time constraints or availability

We’ll coordinate with the coach and arrange the conversation for you.

Flexible Communication Options

Coaches are able to communicate with parents using different methods depending on what’s most helpful and appropriate for the situation, including:

  • Email

  • Phone call

  • Video call

If you have a preferred way of being contacted, just let us know and we’ll make sure that preference is respected whenever possible.
