If you need to pause your active subscription, you can easily do so through the Parent Dashboard. Follow the steps below to pause your subscription:
Pausing a subscription temporarily halts your subscription services and billing while preserving your account settings for seamless service restoration.
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Dashboard
Use this link to access your Parent Dashboard Login.
Sign in using your email address associated with your account.
Step 2: Go to My Account
Once logged in, navigate to the My Account section.
Step 3: Click on Subscriptions
Select Subscriptions to see options for viewing billing details, cancelling, or pausing your account.
Step 4: Click on Pause Subscription
To pause your subscription, simply click the Pause Subscription button and follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the pause.
Coaching can be paused for 30 or 60 days.
Additionally, no charges will occur during the pause period, ensuring financial flexibility for users.
