If you need to cancel your active subscription, you can easily do so through the Parent Dashboard. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
Step 1: Log In to Your Parent Dashboard
Use this link to access your Parent Dashboard Login.
Sign in using your email address associated with your account.
Step 2: Go to My Account
Once logged in, navigate to the My Account section.
Step 3: Click on Subscriptions
Select Subscriptions to see options for viewing billing details, cancelling or pausing your account.
Step 4: Click on Cancel Subscription
To cancel your subscription, simply click the Cancel Subscription button and follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
