That’s why we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your subscription begins.

If you’re not happy for any reason within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund, no complicated conditions.

We’ll do our best to support you first, such as adjusting your coach or approach. If it’s not the right fit, you’re covered.

This means you can get started with Coachbit completely risk-free.

How to request a refund:

Email us at [email protected] within your first 30 days, and we’ll take care of it.

After the First 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started

  • You can cancel or pause at any time to stop future renewals

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period

Prepaid & Multi-Month Plans

If you cancel a prepaid or multi-month plan early:

  • You may be eligible for a partial refund of the unused portion

  • A 30% cancellation fee may apply to the remaining unused time, calculated at the standard monthly rate

Automatic Renewals & Cancellation

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.

You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] or going through your Parent Dashboard.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be returned to your original payment method

  • Most refunds are processed within 14 days, and no later than 30 days
