What is the refund policy?

1. 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

From the day your subscription starts, you have 30 days to cancel.

  • If you cancel within 30 days and have not used the service yet, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

  • If you cancel within 30 days after already using the service, you will be charged a pro-rated portion of the fees for the days used. The remaining unused portion will be refunded.

Email [email protected] within the first 30 days.
We’ll confirm receipt of your request (usually within 24 hours) and process any approved refund in line with our Terms & Conditions (typically within 14 days and no later than 30 days).


2. Refunds After the 30-Day Period

After the 30-day cooling-off period:

  • Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the month has started.

  • You can still cancel to stop future renewals, but you will keep access until the end of the current paid period and no pro-rated refund is given for that month (except where required by law or in specific “extraordinary” circumstances described in the Terms & Conditions).


3. Pre-Paid Plans and Payment Plans

If you cancel a pre-paid plan or a multi-month payment plan before the end of the period you committed to:

  • Coachbit may refund the unused portion of the plan,

  • Minus a reasonable cancellation fee of 30% of the unused period, calculated at the standard monthly subscription rate.

This applies to unused months; it does not affect any months already used.


4. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Notice

  • All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

  • To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the end of your current billing period.

  • If you pay by debit order, a 30-day notice period may apply, as described in the full Terms & Conditions.

You can cancel by emailing [email protected]. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once a refund is approved, Coachbit will process it back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of agreement and no later than 30 days, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
