What happens if my child misses a week or two of coaching?

We understand that things come up—whether it’s illness, school projects, family trips, or other commitments. If your child needs to miss a short period of coaching (1–2 weeks), here’s what to expect:

✅ No need to pause your subscription

If your child is away from coaching for just a week or two:

  • Your billing will continue as usual.

  • There’s no need to pause or make changes to your subscription.

  • You or your child can simply let the coach know about the break so they’re aware and won’t expect check-ins during that time.

❓What happens during the missed week?

  • Your coach will pause sending daily steps during the break.

  • They’ll resume coaching as soon as your child is ready to return.

  • There’s no penalty or disruption to their overall progress—just a short pause in engagement.

⏸️Need a longer break?

If you anticipate your child being away for 30 days or more, we recommend pausing your subscription. This:

  • Stops all coaching and communication during the break.

  • Pauses your billing for the chosen period (30/60 days).

  • Ensures a smooth restart when your child is ready to return.
