If you'd like to delete your Coachbit App account on Android or iOS and remove your data, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Profile
Open the Coachbit app and navigate to your Profile.
Step 2: Click on Settings [⚙️]
Tap on the settings icon (⚙️) to access your account settings.
Step 3: Click on Edit Profile
Select Edit Profile to manage your account settings.
Step 4: Click on Delete Account
Scroll down and click on Delete Account.
Step 5: Enter Your Information
Type in your first name, last name, and enter the word "Delete."
Step 6: Click Delete
Confirm by clicking the Delete button.
Step 7: Confirm Deletion via Email
A confirmation email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm your account deletion request.
Important Notes:
Deactivation: Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for full deletion after 7 days.
Subscription Not Cancelled: Deleting your account does not cancel your Coachbit subscription. If you'd like to cancel, please ensure you follow the proper cancellation process.
